The Game
The player, Eddy, must explore Dino Island to collect enough dinosaur eggs before the island's volcano erupts and time runs out. Eddy starts at the pier with his ship and must return there, while someone on the other end of a radio gives hints and timely information.
Contributions
As part of a collection of deliverables for the Science Island website, I was the main contributor of the video game deliverable created in Unity. Aside from a downloaded pack of trees and dinosaurs, I modelled the rest of Dino Island (the game world), including the plants, the rocks, terrain, water, the ship, the pier, particle effects, and skyboxes. I also implemented the game audio, while Stuart Favilla created the background music and Jason English created the basic texture images.
